CRISPY FISH FILLETS

fish fillets ( In my case I need about 10)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup instant mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt & pepper

Mix the potato, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper together.

Dip the fish in the egg then in the potato, coat well.
Fry on lightly greased pan until golden on both sides approximate time 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.

Served with roasted potato or rice :)

TUESDAY

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs:

Honey chicken kabobs with veggies. You can marinate overnight and make these kabobs for an outdoor barbecue as a tasty alternative to the usual barbecue fare! Fresh mushrooms and cherry tomatoes can also be used.

WEDNESDAY:

15 MINS BLACK BEANS SALAD- MEXICAN RECIPES

This colorful salad features black beans, onion, tomato, tangy lime juice, zesty cilantro and some seasonings. This colorful, high fiber, high protein salad makes a great side dish, appetizer served with chips, or lunch served with fresh tortillas. This salad is low in fat and loaded with antioxidants and fibers. Black beans make a complete protein when paired with brown rice, which is often why they are so commonly included in a vegetarian diet.

TUNA CROQUETTES:In the next post give you the recipe, is the favorite food of my children, if I often repeat enough.

THURSDAY:

LASAGNA

Filling and satisfying lasagna with sausage, ground beef and three types of cheese.”
Ingredients
  • 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
  • 2 (6.5 ounce) cans canned tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt

This plate seems complicated, but then customize each what we like, and more or less ingredients, going to taste of each, you can also make pork meat, tuna or vegetables.

FRIDAY

Pure Pumpkin & Potato omelette.. Very Spanish

SATURDAY

CHICKEN CURRY, This plate has many ways to get, but really I do not complicate with 100 ground spices, and what I do with curry and apple, is very soft and I do almost crumbled chicken.

SUNDAY

The kitchen is relaxed and we go on Picnic! That in Australia for an awesome time!

I hope that helps, now that the kids are on holiday and we seem to have more time for them!

Enjoy!!
